Michael G. Frary

Michael G. Frary (1918–2005) Born in Santa Monica, California, Frary studied at the University of Southern California before attending the Académie de la Grande Chaumière in Paris. He taught in Los Angeles, San Antonio and Austin. Frary is known for his modernist cityscapes in watercolor. His works are included in the Smithsonian Institution, Santa Barbara Museum of Art, Butler Institute of American Art and the Dallas Museum of Art.
